This adds a script to the master proplyn index from the master index plugin.
When the index is equipped and the inventory menu closed it will bring up a dialog menu to warp to the locations.
Basically cutting out the middle man in Caldera.
It requires the mast index plugin.
Note: it doesn't actual equip since it is a miscellaneous item.
