I feel like these are the best splashes I've seen, but I don't get to see them much in game! My machine's just too fast. Very legible and cool design none the less.
@Ciccigomma The original screens textures named by creatures depicted on them, like "splash_spriggan" or "splash_bonelord". I thought that naming them that way will be a bit mess. You can make backup of original splash screens, and remove them from "Data\Splash". They're not packed in BSA, so it will work fine. That's what I've done :D
So I just made a comment in the HD Splash Screen replacer that I'd love to see your translation. Decided to check your profile and found that you'd made a newer mod with it.
I just think that it's won't be nice to leave any links there to this mod page, so I've just left things that way. Who need this, he will find it.
It's not quite translation at all. The point is that it seems like HD Splash Screen uses translated pictures of Kirkbride from one of the russian communities, and a few captions from russian TES wiki. When I've started to work with my own mod, I've found the original artworks, with original captions in english. So I've used them, and added just a few captions on several screens here. I also wanted to make my own font for main menu options (like new game, and e.t.c.) but I've found that the original one looks with them better than any other.
