Casting the spell gives me the message "You are not able to cast that spell here." am I not understanding something from the book or is this a bug?

Neither. You are in a location that does not allow teleports via vanilla teleportation mechanics. Likely Mournhold. Otherwise, another mod has incorrectly set the teleport mechanic to be disabled. Try to use an intervention spell and you should get the same message.

I am also experiencing this problem.  I have tried casting this spell all over Vvanderfell and can't get it to work.

Playtest and feedback: well, the spell is neat and works nicely, but the drug den that the player is taken to is bleak and useless - there's NO storage: the two chests have default 200 capacity etc. The 'quest' is one lore unfriendly dialogue entry.

It's not a house mod, nor a quest mod - maybe a beginning of one, but no cigar yet.

The house is intentionally bleak and empty. Why would it not be? This isn't meant to be a McMansion.

Additionally, the mod is described as a miniquest in the description. Because that's what it is. "Lore unfriendly" is debatable, but ultimately this mod is exactly what I intended and wanted it to be.

Very nice, the only drawback was the required Mysticism skill, seemed a bit high to me. But now I'm happy with it.

Great mod! Reminds me somewhat of "Leomund's Tiny Hut" or "Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion" from D&D.

Perhaps it could be balanced more by making it a power rather than a spell? Would decrease convenience, sure, but make somewhat of a built-in drawback.

Other option is to add a curse that wears off after a certain amount of time (like a long-term drain fatigue spell or something).
