I like the idea or adding some stuff in Ald-Ruhn, and from the screenshots your improvements look really nice. However, your mod is very dirty. First, it contains "evil" GMSTs (I suggest using Wrye's GMST Vaccine to prevent that). Second, it modifies dialogue, textures, and generic objects that shouldn't have been modified, because the changes would affect the entire game world, not just Ald-Ruhn. I can show you how to properly clean a mod so that it won't contain any unwanted edits, if you want.
