I'm not using mackom's heads, for me me they all looks bit same and angry, even though they are well made (from technical point of view), but this serious angry face suits dremoras well, maybe more than this lands suit the outlander.
Some problem with xdremora.nif -- If I keep this file then dremoras are invisible with some bits of heads showing. Removing it seems to revert to vanilla and fixes the invisible dremoras. Ever seen that or maybe a conflict with some mod? Will try to find out what might be causing it.
Seems to be an indoor vs outdoor thing. I spawn a dremora outside and looks great (except the horns which are plain white). But indoors I get invisible dremoras. So maybe some lighting mod or setting incompatibility. Using OpenMW 0.46
BTW, while testing the indoor/outdoor I have a very similar problem with flame atronach and storm atronach, but not frost atronach which works fine either indoor/outdoor. Frost is using "Better Frost Atronach" so will check how the dependencies for that mod are working out while the others are not. Peeling the onion...
OK maybe I have this mostly fixed. On the OpenMW-->Graphics-->Shadows, I checked the box "Enable Indoor Shadows". Or in settings.cfg:
[Shadows] enable indoor shadows = true
This fixes my missing dremoras & missing atronachs. Funny that the frost atronach mod is immune to changing this setting.
I still have the plain white horns problem but maybe can try to fix or worst case just live with it. The faces & bodies/armor look so good I can deal with some weird horns.
Horns fixed. I don't mean to spam your posts but maybe others will have the same problem as me and can use the same workarounds. Thanks for the mod it looks great.
Thank you for making this mod! This is the most beautiful Morrowind Dremora I've ever seen. At the start I was worried this might conflict with some Dremora mods I use, but it turns out the replacer is entirely pluginless, so that's a huge plus. Will endorse as soon as the 15 minute cooldown ends.

I've noticed a minor bug though, the horns aren't correctly aligned with the head.
