Elam offered to help me find Demiah Andarens husband. However i must gain the trust of the Order of the Watch before I'M allowrd Access to classified documents; Information that might shed light on This whole situation
make a backup of your save game (important, just in case) use "morrowind enchanted editor" and open your save game
select the search function and search for "sx1_rq_intel"
it should upen the global value "GLOB sx1_rq_intel" record "Name" select the global value "GLOB sx1_rq_intel" record "FLTV" this should be set at 3 (wich means, wait) change this to 0 (this will tell the mod to generate a new quest) save
open your game and load your save, this should have fixed it.
for the fetch quests, change the sx1_rq_fetch_elam value, do the same steps there
Shorun's method absolutely works to fix the quests stuck in waiting mode, after resetting the quests I had to do the same two quests again, but then after completing them and waiting for longer than 24 hours Elam then gave me two new quests.
I had an issue that a couple others here appear to have had as well. When I first spoke to Elam and asked for 'a mission' he would give me generic text in the dialogue and the scroll would be blank. The important mission worked fine however.
I did manage to fix it. All you have to do is this: open Data Files/MWSE/config/radiantQuests/fetchElamData.json find the line that says "Where are the [item] I asked for, citizen?" (it is under 'returned') add a comma at the end of the line, after the quotes
Hope this helps someone who runs into the same bug.
Honestly, the chances of the update are near null. To make this mod, the code used very experimental MWSE features that have been updated since that was before UI Expansion, and I don't think Merlord want to dive back into the code.
How are the radiant missions supposed to work? Andas sends me to investigate something in Ald-Ruhn but then I can't find any way to progress the quest? Nobody has anything to say re disturbing reports or anything else, and even resolving the vanilla content with the sleepers & Morvayn Manor doesn't seem to advance anything for the mission
I have the same problem as some people who posted before: after 1 normal mission and 1 important mission, Elam always says to come back later, even if I wait more than a week. Could you please fix this?
Whenever I try to start "a mission" from Elam, I get generic text like the quest couldn't load, and a blank scroll. In MWSE.log is the following traceback:
Error in event callback: .\Data Files\MWSE\mods\MMM2018\radiant\quests\fetchElam.lua:27: attempt to index local 'questData' (a nil value) stack traceback: .\Data Files\MWSE\core\event.lua:137: in function '__index' .\Data Files\MWSE\mods\MMM2018\radiant\quests\fetchElam.lua:27: in function 'getCSEntries' .\Data Files\MWSE\mods\MMM2018\radiant\radiant.lua:44: in function <.\Data Files\MWSE\mods\MMM2018\radiant\radiant.lua:40> [C]: in function 'xpcall' .\Data Files\MWSE\core\event.lua:150: in function 'trigger' .\Data Files\MWSE\mods\MMM2018\radiant\common.lua:34: in function <.\Data Files\MWSE\mods\MMM2018\radiant\common.lua:26> [C]: in function 'xpcall' .\Data Files\MWSE\core\event.lua:150: in function 'trigger' .\Data Files\MWSE\core\event.lua:170: in function <.\Data Files\MWSE\core\event.lua:140>
Interestingly, generating "an important mission" works correctly. I'm using the most current MWSE 2.1 update. Any ideas?

For more clarity it should end up looking like this;
"returned": [
"Where are the [item] I asked for, citizen?",
Edit: done, thank you so much!

Do you happen to know if this resolves the incompatibility?
EDIT: Oh...just read that UI Expansion apparently breaks this mod so I guess that could be it?
Could you please fix this?
