This is an ancient comment but I'm actually looking for the same thing. I have some loot randomizers and such and I wanna "make my class" as I go based on what I Find so misc skills leveling my character would be very helpful to the overall idea.
Doesn't work properly to me. As any other mod for slow down leveling progression skill in fact. I tried to mod this myself first, after to check as game settings changes don't apply after some level and that skill level highly influence progression independently of game setting "fmiscskillbonus", I could check in 2 different mods, that progression slow down only mildly in low levels and with some skills as acrobatics, seems that don't work at all.
With this mod activated and starting a new game, I level up my misc acrobatics in 26 jumps and my misc short blade pass from 0 to 3/100 progression in only 5-6 hits. If someone knows what could be the reason and how to change progression to 100 times slower or even truly stop it I would be grateful to hear.
Could please make a mod that disables attribute gain from training with trainers? I can't help but use trainers who for a low price can give me large 5 attribute points by training some minor or misc skill. By end of the game my character unavoidably becomes half-god with most attributes at 100.
I completely agree with you. However what you are suggesting is out of the scope of this mod, but there are many other mods out there that make training significantly more expensive.
Edit: Oh wait I see what you are saying. I will certainly look into that! I guess using a mod that significantly raises the price of training will still solve the issue of cheap misc/minor levels, but modifying the attribute bonus is still something worth looking into.

it won't make me stop thinking that those skills are a must have for optimal performance, however :p
