THIS MOD REQUIRES TRIBUNAL AND BLOODMOON
This mod makes it so misc and minor skills do not level up through use. This means that your characters can no longer be good at everything, and must specialize. This is intended for use with custom classes, because creating a custom class is hugely exploitable in this game. Not recommended for use with the default classes...
To help compensate, progression of major skills has been increased by about 33%.
simply drag the esp file into your data files folder and activate in the launcher.
This can be uninstalled at any time by deleting the esp.
