Do you love the Boots of Blinding Speed so much you can't play beast races? If so, this mod is for you. If and only if you are playing as a Khajiit or Argonian, Pemenie will now offer Pants of Blinding Speed instead of those silly unwearable boots. All relevant dialogue has been adjusted.

Do you love the Boots of Blinding Speed so much you can't play beast races? If so, this mod is for you. If and only if you are playing as a Khajiit or Argonian, Pemenie will now offer Pants of Blinding Speed instead of those silly unwearable boots. All relevant dialogue has been adjusted.
Note: You must speak with Pemenie as a Khajiit or Argonian at least once for her to switch to Pants.
Note 2: Pemenie was unaffected by the boots, but when she puts on the Pants of Blinding Speed she is affected which means if you choose to escort her she has no problem keeping up.

Installation:
Unpack into main Morrowind data files folder.
For CD:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files
For Steam:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Data Files
Make sure Pants of Blinding Speed is checked in Data Files when you start up Morrowind.
