An NPC to Shenk's Shovel
adds entries to 'Background', 'my trade' and the 'Outlander' topics, as well as a new topic 'residence'
edits the exterior cell 'Caldera'
edits the interior cell 'Shenk's Shovel'
adds the interior cell 'Cesia Residence'
adds two scripts

Any new IDs use a prefix naming convention (in this case EFP).

File will cause a minimum if any mod conflict.

A player home added to Caldera, opposite the smith, purchasable from a Careyla Cesia the Dunmer at Shenk's Shovel for 2000 septims.
