Every single character started telling me the vanilla saved Tarhiel's line: 'I've nothing to tell you (or some such). Good bye.'. Would you look into this, please. I've tried all variants of ESP available here, btw.
However, if it is not too difficult, would you move Tarhiel to Seyda Neen after rescuing him? sure Seyda Neen does not have much for an enchanter, but still it is better than to be in the middle of a swamp. Secondly, I'd change the Icarian Flight spell so it fortify acrobatics 125 for 30 seconds (or so) and fortify acrobatics 875 for 7 seconds. Acrobatics 125 negates fall damage on landing, and on taking off you have the usual 1000 increase. But unlike with slowfall active you can make long jumps.
Unless, of course, it is intended that even the final spell is kinda useless.
You can buy a mark and recall potion and use them just before hitting the floor or while sailing over your target and you'll be placed on the floor safely where you were when you used them. That way you can make good use of all 3 scrolls.
I saved him using slowfall but he still refuses to talk to me, any idea why or any idea how to bypass this? I'm using OpemMW with the Enhanced Vanilla modlist.

I saved him by saving game before he lands on ground and loading that savegame. It would be nice to have the second scroll to be added as it is required for his quest. (I couldn't find the second scroll he wanted perhaps I overlooked Sedya Neen - location where I was searching). New Fargoth quest mod would be nice too. Always love more cotent with epic Morrowind NPCs
The Falling Wizard says he needs time after I gave him the scroll he wanted. More like 6 days passed since who do you progress Help Tarhiel FIx His Spell quest?
