Description
============
Have you ever run into a falling wizard and wanted to save him, but if you do he had nothing to say to you? Well now you can, and have new thing to talk with him about and new quests!

This mod expands upon Tarhiel, the wizard falling from the sky just outside of Seyda Neen. Giving him new unique dialogue if you save his life, and two quests to complete. Also included is a new spell, and a new enchanted scroll.
