Occasionally NPCs don’t reenable, but you can just use the console if you have to. Was wondering, is there any way to reenable everyone if I need to?
is it just me or does this mod break the early game quest Fargoth's Hiding Place? (by making Fargoth disappear at night so he never reveals the hiding place).
Unfortunately this broke my game. NPCs never respawned, even after uninstalling. Not sure why, best guess is because I modified my timescale. Double unfortunate is I was stupid enough not to backup my save so I will have to restart. Luckily I was not "too" far into the game.
Decided to take it upon myself to start working on expanding it for the other big overhaul mods like Tamreil Rebuilt, Skyrim and Cyrodil. As the modder here said though, it is INSANELY tedious and boring to work on.

So far just got Old Ebonheart exterior and haven't done the interiors yet. Might do an auto locking script for shop doors when I do interiors though.
Hi, not sure if I encountered a bug or mod conflict, but after I "coc" with console to Balmora to check if this mod us working, I found that no NPCs were spawning at all.
Edit: Oh, one more thing. I coc during heavy rain. Nevertheless, afterwards, I waited couple of hours + went inside and outside a building. Perhaps for some reason the script haven't detected the change in weather.
I'm thinking about using the same scripts and activators to disable merchant npcs in enterior cells. I have already done Balmora, might upload the file when I've done every city.
