Description

As always, exuse my english.

BACKSTORY:
Ebonearth is well known for it's commerce. It's a sea port. Also, with the East Empire Company, the traffics increases and the tradings flow.
Several colonists, and later, even the autocton Dunmer, felt the need to stay and build a little town/community there, because of vicinity workplaces, convenience, to be under the protection of Duke Dren, and because Vivec city is not exactly the best place for a "N'wah", despite the foreign quarters...
Then, times later, under the direct aproval of the Duke Dren, the imperial council, and the great houses, a new area of expansion was plan to built. And a lighthouse. Now the colonists/citizen can have a "western" place to call home. Later, even the Lighthouse area expanded in a little and modest fishing area.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

This mod combine the new districts and my old "Ebonheart Lighthouse"

The new areas is built in the region of "Ascadian Isles" (2; -14)
Got new NPC's (15 aproximately) and Buildings (9 or 10 with Interiors)
Also, deeper in the street, you can find a Guest House. It can be your home if you desire and love the luxuriant green area.
The containers JUST NEAR the guest house are SAFE TO USE (and x3 encumberance increased).
Also, the containers inside the Guest house are SAFE (x3 and x5 Encumberance increased).
The clutters in the lighthouse RESPAWN. (except for a "Strongbox" and a "small box")(x2 and x3 encumberance increased)

NPC:
- 2x Traders (General merchant / Alchemist). Outskirt area
- 1x Dealer. Lighthouse district, in his shack. (A Khajiit who sell sea foods. But undercovered, it can offer you illegal stuffs such as dwemers articles, moonsugar and skooma).
- 1x Scout/Trainer. Outskirt area
- 10x Commoners/Poors. Both Outskirt and L. District
- 2x Guards. in outskirt and L. District respectively. They will watch for your safety and the other citizens.

Install

Just place the file "Clean_ebonheart outskirt + lighthouse district.esp" inside your Morrowind/Data folder
DON'T FORGET TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTAL WINDOWSGLOWEXPANSION by Abot for the village's windows glow. (abotWindowsGlow.esp)

Just delete the file "Clean_ebonheart outskirt + lighthouse district.esp" inside your Morrowind/Data folder

Incompatibility

The mod will be incompatible with alteration in the island south of Ebonheart (Ascadian isles 2; -14).
Look the exteriors picture to have an idea of where is situated. (Expecially the first picture.)
