Version 5.0 - 5.1
- Change Log for Suran Waterfront by Thondur.

Changed the ambient lighting in all indoor cells.
Changed some Ales to make them more distinct and added one. (Prices went up too, blame the recession.)
Added Lamps to some boats and NPCs for ambiance.
Added more storage and shelf space to the vacation home, and oh yes, Gunters brother Hans who used it last forgot something under the pillow...
Nisa is selling more specialty breads now in the mill.
Added a Fishing boat out in the bay, you can just make it out in the distance, go for a swim to it and enjoy some fresh deep fried crab&fish.

Created a bit more space by removing the wooden bear in the middle of the pub, increased the locklevel on the rental room a bit, and fixed some property assignements in the Mill.

Main 4 Changes:
I added dialogue to most NPC's, mainly Gunter who will talk some about his Ales and a vacation rental under the "Beds" topic.
There is now a rental fee per season for the vacation home you can rent from Gunter the Barkeep at the Happy Horker. (But really its a one time deal only)
There is added transport to Helnim on the mainland by Velani the shipmaster, requires Tamriel Rebuild Map 1 to work properly, otherwise you wind up in the middle of the ocean, though still on the boat. If you have TR Map 1 and 2 you will get a travel option for the "Boethian Mountain Region" otherwise it will read wilderness as travel option. You can get a ride back as well, but Wendy is only at two locations the other two are just drop offs.
The dock for Pelagiad was moved closer to it and for that purpose the waterway was enlarged just enough and one sandbank removed; the dock is also more "Imperial" looking.
Minor changes:
Added a guard to the Waterfront, as all Products are now linked to owners.
Nisa the Miller and Gunter the Publican have now restocking items.
I added a variety of wildflowers to the Olive grove and Beeskeeps with Honey in them; They belong to Nisa who also sells the Honey and the olive oil.
I changed the space in the pub a bit to make it more roomy, added barrels.
In the vacation home I added Boethias Pillow book under the Pilllows (where else?), now you can complete the Thives guild quest AND keep the book when you rent the place. (Only worth keeping if you have SLofs Pillowbook textures and your over 18) The Stalrim dagger is still there but you have to look harder to find it.

I added some Coconut palm trees to the waterfront with harvestable Coconuts.
Removed the free flowing waterfall next to the pub. Instead there is a fountain that should be NOM friendly with some decorative pitchers to fetch water. I think that this reduces some of the drag older PC's experience in that area.
Changed the toilet tank so you can't pick it up inadvertently.
Removed a free floating lantern near the Pelagiad dock.
There is another empty barrel placed in a corner near the fountain to make a stash.
Added skooma pipe to pub balcony.
I think that the Palms and the fountain add to the southern feel I was aiming for; you will need to install the Mesh and Icon from the respective folders for the Palm trees to work.

Someone finally swept all that dirt off the stairs! While I was at it smoothing out the dirt clipping into the outside stairs, I got carried away because I never quite liked how the stairs came together at the top; as a result I completely redid the upper terminus of the two staircases, and I smoothed out the path leading from them to upper Suran quite a bit.
I also added an areched gateway from my Olive grove into the manor courtyard, and I find the result rather pleasing.
Added a bench by a tree in the manor courtyard with a nice view over the town.
Finally in memory of my Father who passed away this summer, I named the Publican of the "Happy Horker" after him, since my dad had a pub at one time. I think he would have enjoyed
having a pub in a warm place like Suran.

Fixed a number of bugs, deleted or renamed chargen and unique objects to have their own ID.
This should take care of the floating plank and barrel in Seyda Neen!
Fixed the ownership on all containers, let me know if I missed one.
Added a Beerlist to the Pub which explains the Alchemical effects of each brew for the Alchemicaly challenged:) It does not give away the potency of each effect.
Added a special notice to the market square, and fixed the notice on the door upstairs.
I apologize to all who had hassles with these bugs but I learn as I go along and thanks to feedback from some who care I am able to give you hopefully a better mod.
CHANGELOG: V 5.0 and 5.1
Some important changes made to the bed script in the "Happy Horker". This problem was first pointed out by "Lomen" on PES and has been fixed by "Maura Amalia" without who's help this would have been a hard coconut to crack!
The bug was that because I messed up "in a sloppy way" (yes I admit it) when I created the dialogue for the "Ascadian Brewer" the bed script was changed for all the Publicans in Vanilla Morrowind.
I can't express enough how bad I feel about this and apologize to the community!
This is now fixed and the "Ascadian Brewer" has his own bedscript to rent a single room in the pub, and a seperate script for the vacation home.
Now "renting by the season" really works because the key will be removed from your inventory after a month (in game) and the door locks again, so it resets just like a regular room rental.
I have not tried yet what that does to things you would store in the vacation home; it should only pertain to the door script, but I can't confirm that yet, so fair warning not to leave something unique without saving first!
MA also fixed the naming of several doors that had been pointed out before, removed two unique quest items from the vacation home, and fixed some text errors.
I have gotten rid of the "Shady smuggler" that atacked when you first enter the Happy Horker. I thought that "Pink Panter" routine got a bit old...
As before there is also a version without the Coconut trees, V 5.1 is otherwise identical.
Now the caviat: 5.0 & 5.1 will NOT work with a saved game! You still get the "Get lost" routine in other Pubs if you use this new version with a save, UNLESS, you run NOM 3.0 or higher. In that case the NOM scripts override all the vanilla pub scripts anyway and you can rent rooms everywhere even with an old save.
Also any other mods that add room rental are not affected by this bug even without the use of NOM.
I highly recomend "White Suran II" by "basswalker" and the "White Suran Waterfront" addon to go with this mod; it really gives Suran the feel of the "Pearl of the Ascadian Isles".
You may have to update the date on the "White Suran Waterfront" since it predates version 5.0. You can do this by making a new save of it in the CS or with an utility such as Wrye Mash.

Compatibilities:
As before, works with "Suran Archery range" everything else that changes Suran in the same location will conflict. Just have to try, always back up your safed game and your DATA files folder for that matter before testing new mods!!
Legal STuff:
If you have Better Bodies Nude version installed there will be "brief scenes of Nudity" and also "some language may be offensive to some viewers". Actually it is only mildly suggestive. You were warned.
