Had a hard time finding it, but finally did. Honestly a bit large for me, but really has some unique features. I've never seen Enchanting or Spellmaking stations anywhere else before, really cool.
"You will not find succubus strippers or alchemy sorters here." - An alchemy room or corner with an alchemy sorter would be very nice as I do a lot of alchemy and the sorter in other homes is quite useful.

Awesome for a quiet, reserved Dunmer mage seeking some occasional peace. Exactly what I wanted without too much clutter, good open flow, and that "comfortable and cozy" feel to it. Damn good stuff.
Honestly deserves more popularity, this is a perfect house, quite cozy, vanilla/lore friendly, and it is compatible with Morrowind Rebirth 4.31, just be sure to load Nil-Ruhns esp before rebirths esp, otherwise there will be floating landscape seams. Works seamlessly. Endorsed.

The Mudcrab version is the one with music.
The regular one doesn't have this. It actually says this in the file descriptions.
