When completed, the quests added by this mod they are not marked as finished in the journal, causing them to be marked as active quests forever. Fortunately it is an easy fix in the editor.
The writing is certainly good and the mod has potential, but it suffers from extremely vague instructions and unintuitive puzzles. I'm still not sure what I was supposed to do in the endless library (I got the key and the helmet by fotifying my speed until I could run under the moving wall before it closed, but the following labyrinth where some ways were only revealed with the helmet on and others only when the helmet was off turned out to be too confusing and quite bugged, so in the end I just noclipped myself to the exit).
After being given the instructions to look for the escaped slave in Gnisis, I did (to me) the logical thing and talked to the locals and eventually searched their houses, but no one, not even the tradesman or the caravan master, the two people most likely to meet new people passing through the town, could give me any hints as to where to find the slave. I think mods should always beta tested to see if other players can follow the train of thought that was obvious to the game designer.
Am currently experiencing a bug, when I got back from Jobasha to the Locked Box, I touched the lamp and a cushion floats but somehow there is a rat stuck behind the wall. I can't progress beyond that point. Playing on OpenMW android btw
Neat mod. Currently stuck, past the wishes, found the slave, did his thing, now I need to do the hot potato portion of the quest. Problem is, I don't have the lamp in my inventory, and I see a lamp in the Locked Box, but I can't pick it up, it highlights like an item, but nothing happens when I interact with it. EDIT: Upon saving where I was in the shop, and reloading later on, the area corrected itself and I was able to continue, weird stuff.
To those playing with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind: the merchant you have to talk to to start the quest is behind a couple of crates against the wall of the Gnisis Temple inbetween the two other merchants there. The Locked Box antique shop can be found in the Madach Tradehouse, you'll have to clip through the walls though to get to the vanilla version of the building which is above the BCoM one. Hopefully this will save someone else having to run around Gnisis for a good half hour XD Edit: just finished the quest! This is definitely one of the best quest mods I've played in a while :D A really engaging story, and the library labyrinth was really cool (and challenging!) I am having an issue though where both questlines are still in the journal as uncompleted, even though I have the "reward" and I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything else that needs to be wrapped up.
Please, help me. I'm stuck. I got a lamp, but I don't know what to do with it. The quest says I must get it appraised, but does not say where or by whom. Plz :'(
