How exactly is this mod supposed to work when it doesn't have an .esp? All that is in this mod's folder are a txt file, screenshots, and a mesh folder. A shame, I would have enjoyed this mod. But you cannot activate it.
put the mesh files into your data folder and then download the older version of this mod and put the top file (pelagiad travel) into your data folder then activate it in the main game menu. that sorted it for me, the only problem i have is the carriage that you travel in is just a box and the animal (i cant remember its name) is just randomly walking around but the fast travel works fine. hope this helps because its a handy little mod.
Sorry for the late reply but thanks! I was trying to figure that out for so freaking long that I've long since put Morrowind aside to play other stuff. I'm going to try that fix right now! I was so freaking confused before.

Hello there, as part of my take on feedback issues I have stated that I will be helping fellow modders by reviewing their content: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/images/2783
I just got done testing it.
As I installed it, I put it through TES3CMD which is a cleaning software tool for mods.
"Cleaning" is the process of removing dirty references from your mod. " Dirty references" are unintentional changes you made through your mod, and these can be created through lots of things such as: clicking on an object, loading a cell, copy and pasting an object, looking at an NPC's stats and items, and so on. It is important to clean your mod because dirty references can corrupt saves and make unnecessary incompatibilities with other mods. Your mod only has one dirty reference though.
I recommend that you use TES3CMD for automated cleaning: https://sourceforge.net/projects/mlox/files/tes3cmd/ and then use Enchanted Editor to manually remove dirty references that weren't detected by tes3cmd: http://mw.modhistory.com/download--1662
You have to be careful with Enchanted Editor because it allows you to delete every single change your mod made to Vanilla Morrowind, so you have to make sure that what you're deleting has nothing to do with what your mod does.
Make sure you back up your mod before cleaning, as sometimes bad stuff happens.
As for the actual mod, everything worked, the dialogue is ok could be better, on the argonian one of her pant legs has holes in it, I'm not sure if that's a bug with Better Clothes or your mod, might want to check, and the caravaneers did nothing as I slaughtered their guars.
Mod has room for improvement but it does it's job so, endorsed and looking forward to seeing new content from you
Thank you for responding. Sorry am late. I am familiar with cleaning and as I said, since someone mentioned it, I'll update it with a clean version in a few days I am curious as to that duplicated object instance. IDK how that got there, especially since I actually did use EE to clean it (this and my other mod were originally one mod, so I had to use EE to remove the other from each one), but I guess that happened after I used EE >_> Thanks anyway, and I'll upload an update in a few days.
I also think the dialogue could be better. Also realized that the Argonians don't talk like that (Khajiit do) and need to fix that The pants legs thing isn't an issue with my mod since I don't add any new clothing, but I'll look into anyway and see if it IS my mod and then fix it Also, I didn't think about the guar killings and will have to fix that as well (probably by making a faction for all the NPCs and the guar (which would necessitate creating a custom id guar as well)).
So yeah, when I get back home in a few days, I'll update the mod with your feedback, probably rewrite the dialogue and perform some general polish since I know someone besides me is using it
P.S. I also responded to my other mod about your issue

"Cleaned duplicate object instance (Terrain_rocks_WG_03 FRMR: 480392) from CELL: caldera (-2,2)"
