Author notes
Only upload to another site if Nexus goes down for an extended period. Ask me if you want it uploaded to another Morrowind mod site so that I can keep it updated. You're free to upload it to cloud storage, put it on a flash drive, give it out on CDs to strangers for free, ect. as long as you include the readme so that people know how to use the mod. If you make changes and want to upload them to Nexus, let me know first so I can check it out :) I have the right to incorporate any and all publicly released modifications to this mod into my own version so long as I credit you.
As per Neoptolemus, the wagon and guar models can be used in other mods without permission so long as credit is given and cannot be used in mods being charged for.

Pelagiad Travel v2 by Newvac
WHAT IS THIS MOD? Pelagiad Travel is a mod that adds three new caravaners to Seyda Neen, Pelagiad and Caldera, providing lore-friendly, convenient and balanced fast-travel options for Pelagiad and Caldera. The new NPCs have unique but simple backstories and the mod is more for convenience than anything, but I tried to make it seem plausible. If you can think of a way I can make it better, let me know!
COMPATIBILITY This mod requires both Tribunal and Bloodmoon now! If any one person asks me to, I'll remove the dependencies, though. It's incompatibile with any mods that add things where I did, but I don't know which since I don't have those. It is compatible with OpenMW but not with the OpenMW-CS that comes with it, since it doesn't properly save dialogue.
HOW TO USE Just extract the .esp to your "Data Files" folder and load it. From there, just use the new NPCs with Guars that you find at Seyda Neen, Pelagiad and Caldera. Talk to them a bit and maybe they'll tell you their stories :)
WARNING: If using a previous version, remove the mod, start the game, ignore warnings, save, install the mod. This will make the mod work properly.
WHAT'S NEXT If there's bugs, I might fix them. If you think this mod could be improved, let me know and I'll see about improving it. I hear that Ald Velothi is another settlement without fast-travel, but I haven't been there in this playthrough so I don't know if that's true or not. If it turns out to be true, I'll probably come up with something to get fast travel up there. Might even tie it into a quest.
