Belial disappeared within 10min of joining my party. Nowhere to be found, no way to reach him or contact him. (Except maybe thru you, or the creation set.)
Also.., maybe am spoiled, but have come to depend on modern companions understanding divine + almsivi intervention, and recall. Uknow, so they travel with me when using teleportation magic.
Was excited to try out this mod. But finding it quite impossible to actually play it. :(
I downloaded this mod after seeing the stellar review DarkElfGuy gave it. so I had started found the high elf in Mar Gan but he won't talk to me. Is there a minimum level? (my character is currently levle 3)
There's no minimum level, but there is a minimum disposition you need to have (I believe about 50), so you'll need to use a spell or a potion to fortify your personality to talk to him for the first time.
Sorry you've had trouble. Are you getting stuck in his initial greeting? For this, your disposition needs to be > 50.
If you're getting stuck in the conversation under the topic "Ancalaestra", there are a number of different ways you might be rejected; eg. if you argue that you have cunning and guile, your intelligence needs to be > 70 for him to buy it. If you boast about your deeds, your reputation needs to meet a certain value, etc.
Your level 3 character probably won't meet any of those requirements -- a workaround is to raise his disposition to > 95 and then he'll trust you anyway.
also if that kind of attention to detail is any indication of whats to come then i am waiting with baited breath till my character is high enough level for this (as well as Love in The Time of Daedra)
He/She is in the Ashalmawia shrine, by the way! (After you get the quest, of course.) It took me absolutely forever to find him so I'm saving y'all the pain.

I love this companion, but every single guard/ordinator type I talk to immediately cuts off dialogue to attack me. This is making beginning the Tribunal main quest problematic. Is that intentional, or is something wrong?
First, thanks for the great work put into making this mod, you're all amazing! Second, the mod was running fine with me and I didn't encounter ANY problem, which made me so satisfied. However, there's this little problem with the build of the mod itself, every time I go out of a house/yurt/tavern etc.. Belial suddenly dies! And my journal says that he's banished to Oblivion and probably never going back to mundus. So I load a saved game and start a conversation after leaving indoors and make sure that he's following. Eventually I got tired of loading and making sure he's not dead, and disposed of his corpse. He was fun to be around, so I'm wondering if he'll ever come back to Morrowind .. What will happen next? And is there anything I can do to bring him back? Or is this how this mod is intended to be .. Effort, effort, effort .. Indeed, futile effort? Thanks in advance.
I don't think author will be able to answer, so... IIRC he is scripted to not come back from Oblivion, so dead is dead. The fact that he dies while taking a loading door could be a problem with slowfall effect overflowing on companions, that should be fixed by a "Slowfall on companions fix" Morrowind Code Patch option, so enable it if you can/not already enabled, and also avoid having levitate while using loading doors as safety

I've been to every Daedric Ruin I could find in West Gash and no sign of Belial yet. Am I doing something wrong? Would someone mind messaging me to confirm which shrine it is, in case I somehow missed one.
Did you start the quest in Maar Gan first? He doesn't actually show up until after the quest starts. Otherwise, you can find him in the Daedric ruin between Ald Velothi and Khuul, hidden up on an upper-balcony in the caverns below the main shrine.
Yes, I did. I totally missed him the first time around, actually. When I finally found him, I had a moment of "Is there were you're *supposed* to be?" lol I've got him with me now, though! Thank you. =)
For some reason, I canĀ“t proceed to a new conversation topic, afer Belial spoke about its former mistress every time it ask for a conversation I just get the same topic.

Can anyone tell me if this is compatible with Open Morrowind though?

Please let me know if that doesn't work!
