For anyone curious, yes this is compatible with OAAB Tombs & Towers. I just ran Alas to test the mod with it and had no issues.

A long delayed review for an interesting and well-done mod.

This mod extends the Alas ancestral tome, one of the locations the player must visit in order to retrieve Mehrunes' Razor in vanilla Morrowind, by adding a well-designed daedric ruin. It also moves the corpse containing the "rusty dagger" (which the player needs in order to get the razor), forcing the player to go through this new daedric ruin. The ruin is balanced with a decent variety of humanoid and daedric opponents, has a good variety of loot (I visited at level 26, and found 1-2 daedric weapons in addition to the loot one normally would expect to find in a daedric ruin), and some interesting environmental storytelling. I noticed no clipping or design flaws in the daedric ruin itself, and found that the author managed to use many resources to great effect.

    Some minor criticisms
    (1) the ruins are a little too dark. If the author intended to force player to use night eye, then nevermind, but otherwise it was necessary to use it to be able to see anything. The problem decreases once you get further into the daedric ruins
    (2) by directly moving the corpse that bears the razor, the mod conflicts with several others that modify corpses. It may be more compatibility friendly to use an activator or script to move the body, rather than by directly moving it. I for example found two copies of the body in my game, one where it was supposed to be, and one where the mod moves it, likely due to a conflict.
    (3) having the final baddie be an ogrim was a tad anticlimactic. I would recommend (since the author is already using some resources) that the author use this creature, http://arcimaestroantares.webs.com/antarescreatures.htm#546735081 , which would fit their concept nicely.

    Overall, 8/10. Great job!

What was changed in the update, just out of curiosity?

Downloaded, and will test as soon as my character is high enough level! Might take a little while to get to it because another mod I'm testing requires a natural playthrough to examine item balance, but as soon as I do I will provide feedback! As a major HP Lovecraft fan, the title has me intrigued.

If (given the title) you are also a Lovecraft fan, you might want to look into and consider creating a shrine somewhere for Hermaeus Mora. He's a daedric prince that's gotten very little attention in Morrowind, and takes inspiration from Lovecraft as well. I think there's a statue resource for him out there somewhere.

Dang! If there is, I'd definitely like to know where! I've been working on a project for some time to do with artifacts, and I'd love to hear of something to use for the Oghma Infinium :3

Tamriel Rebuilt made it looks like...Melchior used it for his Staves of the Daedra mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43189/?tab=9&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fmorrowind%2Fajax%2Fmodreadme%2F%3Fid%3D43189&pUp=1
