Weird question but I presume this wouldn't work (as in, it wouldn't glow) when using Glass Glowset? Would there be any chance of a patch for that? (Unless it works already and I haven't noticed in which case disregard this comment lol)

This Undead Glass Berserker is very cool! I just finished testing the anti-theft piece, since my PC isn't level 30 yet and it worked great! I tried many times to kill it with my Level 13 PC and died every time. I use a cheat ring for testing (Ring of the Watcher - 100% chameleon) so the Berserker didn't see me at first. But the second I attacked it, wham, it started smacking me around. I tried summoning a skeleton first and it died in one hit. I tried drinking healing potions, using bound armor, and even my cheat ring (also for testing - Roadrunner Ring) that jacks up my speed to around 260 and I still died. However, being persistent and wanting to test what happens if you actually kill it, I figured a way around it.

The rest of this might be a SPOILER and I don't know how to hide it like some people do. So SPOILER!!!!

SPOILER!!! Stop READING if you don't want a SPOILER!!! SPOILER ALERT!!!

    SPOILER!!!!!!!

I just happened to summon the Berserker the first time by clicking on a particular crate. I was pleasantly surprised when that shut and barred the door. However, I later noticed that clicking on any of the armor pieces still summons the Berserker, but it doesn't shut and bar the door. I also figured out that you can teleport out of the room. If the script has barred the door, that creates the double door that others posted about.

However, I noticed that the Berserker doesn't leave the room. So, if you click on an armor piece to summon it, you can escape from the room and stand outside using marksman weapons. It took me 50 arrows, but I finally killed it. Of course my marksman is only a base of 20, using a Bound Longbow and regular arrows. Dronos immediately reappeared, standing over the Berserker's body as if nothing had happened. I looted the body and disposed of the corpse. I was happy to see that you can't farm glass armor that way. I then tested to see if the Berserker would respawn. It didn't. But I also didn't try on another day. The script still kept me from stealing any of the armor though. It can no longer be picked up. So even if you kill the Berserker, you still can't steal the armor that is sitting out. That is a nice feature!

I had to cheat to kill the Berserker (well, maybe not cheat since the door was still open and I legitimately left the room). But that is one tough creature.

I had a lot of fun testing this mod so far. After I finish testing as much as I can of my mod list, I will increase my testing PC's level up to 30 and try out the leveled lists.

Thank you so much for this great mod and for all your other awesome mods! I have already done some initial tests on some and I plan on trying to test them all.

What a nasty little surprise this is for thieves!

I waited to read this comment until I had some popcorn. So here I sit, sodium levels soaring and not disappointed. Thanks for the review!

As for the scripting: it is definitely very unpolished; as I mainly intended this as a modders resource and at the last minute decided to throw a mod together. I'll flag this one for a rainy day update though based on your comments (and others)!

Hey MD, great looking mod. i just love the fact that you saw someone's art and took their idea and made it your own. And we all benefit from it. Totally grabbing this guy and I'm off to Ghostgate

Oh I plan to die... I remember how hard your version of Umbra was and that was with a high level mage character. No, no, this time I have a lowly scumbag bumbling idiot Argonian wannabe assassin. He is absolutely useless and I love him

Hey, I posted a video and had a few good fights with this guy. In the video you will see a double door bug that wasn't there before. Is it the mod or something on my end? Maybe a conflict with Symphony?

Doubling of items (or in general) happens when two or more .esps alter the same object in a cell. The only way this can be fixed is, to my knowledge, make a merged interiors patch of some sort with testool, wrye, or tes3cmd, or merge the two .esps in question.

While that doesn't exactly answer your question of whether or not this mod changes the door, at least you can hopefully check

I would recommend verifying it wasn't a save game problem. That's what actually causes a lot of doubling issues. You can clean your save game in mash as well.

And I liked the video! Man, you were so bent on killing the skeleton that you over-zealously tried to beat down the man you tried to burgle from, thereby making it a failed robbery!

Not really a fix but you can always delete duplicates with the "disable" console command as well. I do that when I come across doubled doors. (wrye mash usually handles doubled references but in the case of doors, it doesn't seem to be the case)

Yes, new creatures are always good and this is one of the coolest I've seen! Here's to hoping for more!

Thanks! My modding hobby is rooted firmly in the creation of creatures for Morrowind (although that may not be apparent from my releases). It's what got me into making new models in the first place. So that's not a misplaced hope!

The "enhanced" version of the mod. It's an "off" version of the lantern. Watch the video!
