An attempt to fix the many issues present in Bethesda's original Official Plugins. Includes fixes for all of the Official Plugins, and offers merged and compatibility options as well.
Requirements
This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game.
All files 2.0 and below are available for redistribution how people see fit. The exceptions to this, however, are: 1. I must be credited as the original author, along with Bethesda, of course 2. No part of this mod may distributed for profit -- even if I were to be given any or all of the profit 3. While not entirely necessary, it is highly encouraged to either PM me a link to any mod which includes UMOPP, or put UMOPP on the Nexus

No longer Tribunal/non-Tribunal editions -- each plugin now has full Tribunal support, but does not require it! This means fewer plugins, and there isn't a need to get both versions if you have/don't have Tribunal, you can still DL the same plugins :3

All plugins now have an added layer of cleaning -- tes3cmd. There was an issue regarding duplicate references that was not attacked by TESTool, and was not seen in TESPCD and TESAME. (Thanks Jacklyn for the report!)

-Fixed many positioning issues in Aradrean's shop -- many times things were floating slightly above the floor and/or clipping into the floor's trim. Those should now be fixed. -Gave Phane Rielle ownership of "The Balladeer's Fakebook" in Balmora, South Wall Cornerclub. (UMOPP_entertainers.esp)
-Dialogue check added to generic Imperial Legion faction Firemoth topic, now after beating the quest they should no longer discuss it. (UMOPP_Siege at Firemoth.esp)(UMOPP_Siege at Firemoth_T.esp)
-While not entirely necessary, firemoth_warrior/archer/mage/sailor have been lowered closer to the ground, as well as the numerous skellies in the Firemoth region and the rats in the dungeon. -Tweaked a few dialogue options *slightly* to make a bit more sense. There were really only two errors I could find, one that was a spelling error ("go" instead of "do"), while the other was simply a matter of choice (there were no actual errors in dialogue, however the execution was potentially clunky.) -Fixed the position of a crate that was partially sunken into the floor in Aradraen's shop. This same crate was also partially sticking into the curvature of the floor, so I fixed that too (AreaEffectArrows Patch.esp)
-Removed collision from Photodragons.nif. Probably unintentional to have the dragonflies prevent the PC from moving around worst case scenario. Edited with NifSkope 2.0 beta 3 (Meshes > f > Photodragons.nif)
-Fixed numerous spelling in dialogue mistakes from Dulnea Ralaal to maintain a constant tense. Also fixed errors in capitalization and spelling. Many references incorrectly said "Him" or "His", and even "South Wall Cornerclub", insinuating that this was initially linked to the South Wall cornerclub. All these should be fixed (entertainers Patch.esp)
-Removed miscellaneous bottle that was most likely added in error (EBQ_Artifact Patch.esp)
-Switched out Hyring's netch leather armor with bonemold, due to an oversight she wore no armor (EBQ_Artifact Patch.esp)

UMOPP v3.2.1
UMOPP now uses a FOMOD installer, and is best used installed with a mod manager, as it will smartly handle the versions that you want to use. If you use manual installation instead of through a mod manager, copy all data from the compatibility folder except the .esp, and then copy whatever plugins you want. Overwrite any with the compatibility versions. If you're looking for addons, you can find them in my Miscellaneous Mods page. This way, UMOPP can focus on achieving its goals. Note: I've also updated the layout of the main page to clarify certain details. Hope this helps!
UMOPP
UMOPP is now much more purist-friendly: changes have been made to avoid ruining the vanilla experience (which means the more subjective edits have been removed). 2.x was a step in the right direction, but 3.x plans on keeping a stricter focus on purist-friendliness.
The compatibility versions of the plugins are as follows:
Adamantium Armor: Removes the duplicate Adamantium Armor set references from Tribunal (Requires Tribunal).
LeFemm Armor: Removes the female cuirass edits, as well as edits to Sirollus Saccus.
Siege at Firemoth: Reduces the number of Cell edits in the Firemoth Region, and increases compatibility with Rebirth by mitigating the edits to the gates in Seyda Neen. Now compatible with LGNPC!

It contains compatibility patches and merged versions for the Official Plugins. Requires UMOPP Main. If you wish to use one of the merged versions for UMOPP, make sure to disable the .esps for the individual plugins before playing.
