   For anyone wondering, this is compatible with City of Balmora - Hlaalu Expansion ( https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45324/ ), but you'll have to delete a rock, a tree and a cart that are blocking the entrance. I like to keep the cart tough.

   Great presentation, screenshots, description and all. The house looks great as well, will be using it when I get to installing Mods again
