A few years late but I noticed the same thing. I by no means know what I'm doing but it appears the problem is with xduskyalit.nif. I modified this mesh by doing the following (probably haven't gotten the terminology correct):
Copied following NiTriShape branches from duskyalit.nif and replaced corresponding NiTriShape branches in xduskyalit.nif:
Dushka Alit:1 Dushka Alit:2 Dushka Alit:3
Deleted corresponding NiTriShape branches from xduskyalit.nif
I have tested and all looks OK in the game, he no longer has the overbite. You can download here:

Ah, thanks. Would also be nice if the toe texture was something more flexible-looking than solid bone, but their NiTriShape would have to be separated from the teeth for that.
Fall trough Landscape and all other Meshes in OpenMW 0.41 :/ Looks like your Meshes are not compatible to OpenMW, because of no collision with landscape
