===============
1. DESCRIPTION
===============

This is an updated version of the teleportation ring originally by Eidolon and fixed by Dubious. The new version has more useful places and less one-use, quest-specific (cheater) spots. It's rearranged a bit for better usability. The ring has a shiny new icon, which makes it easier to tell apart from the rest of your inventory.

I've changed most of the Town locations to indoor spots near useful merchants. It's just more convenient that way. I've added the various mages guilds to the Camps menu, making it Camps and Mage Guilds. I've also changed around a lot of the Miscellaneous locations. I didn't change the places listed on the Secret Masters menu. They are included under the Miscellaneous menu. Solstheim is supposed to be remote and difficult to get to - but so what? Fort Frostmoth is included on the second page of the Miscellaneous locations.

Morrowind has various fast travel options, so really, this ring is just a faster way to get there than walking over to a guild mage or silt strider.

This ring also functions as a propylon index for every propylon individually. It does not take you back to Caldera every time like the Master Index official plugin. This is completely compatible with it as long as the teleport esp loads after the Master Index.

This version has several locations in Tamriel Rebuilt. If you don't have that mod installed, you can still use this.

Notes: Caldera is available from the Merchant menu so it is not listed under Towns. Ald Velothi is listed with Khuul. Vos you can get to from Tel Vos or from the Secret Masters menu.

===============
2. Requirements
===============

Morrowind only.

If you don't have the following plugins installed, the buttons for them will drop you at a seemingly random spot in the Ashlands:
Tribunal
Bloodmoon
Tamriel Rebuilt

The Cult of the Clouds entrance will seem like a random spot on the island of Dagon Fel if you don't have that plugin installed.

========================
3. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN
========================

*Important!* Use only 1 plugin - either ring_teleport v3_Tealpanda.esp OR ring_teleport cost_Tealpanda.esp . The one with "cost" in the name requires 15 magicka per teleportation, for those who like a "less cheaty" ring.

1. Put the [ring_teleport_v3_Tealpanda.esp] file in your Morrowind Data Files directory (the same directory that contains your morrowind.esm file).

2. Put the Icons, Meshes, and Textures in the appropriate Data Files directories.

3. Start Morrowind and from the launcher click "Data Files," then double click the [ring_teleport v3_Tealpanda.esp] file so that a check mark appears next to it.

4. Click OK to return to the opening panel, then click Play to start the game. The plug-in is now loaded.

5. Equip to activate teleportation. Subsequent equips should act like a book, allowing you to keep your favorite rings on at all times.

=====================
4. PLAYING THE PLUGIN
=====================

Pick up the ring from a shelf somewhere in the Council Club of Balmora. Enjoy!

===============
5. SAVE GAMES
===============

Should be fine. Cleaned of GMSTs.

============================
6. CONFLICTS / KNOWN ERRORS
============================

This should work with most everything. If you don't have Tribunal, get it. Seriously, what year is it? You can buy the GOTY edition with all the expansions for $20 or less on Steam.com. If you don't have the Tamriel Rebuilt Mainland plugins active, then these locations will drop you in the ashlands.

---

Note about propylons and the master index:
This is compatible with the official plugin, Master Index. If you have the master index in your inventory, it will work as normal, causing all propylons to teleport you to the Caldera Mage's Guild. If you don't have the master index then the ring functions as if it were every individual index, teleporting you to whatever stronghold the propylon is labeled as. This mod does not include the quests of Master Index so if you want to do those quests you will also need that plugin.

However, Improved teleportation ring.esp must load AFTER the Master Index.esp in order for this all to work. Otherwise the ring will not have this functionality.

---

The Medium Armor and Armorer secret masters don't work in the game properly without a plugin such as the Morrowind Patch Project, which can be found here: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7347 . This is a problem with the original game and not created by this mod.

9. LEGAL STUFF/ DISCLAIMER
=========================

The icons, meshes, and textures for the ring came from the Magical Goods mod by Star Boi.
The icon, mesh, and texture for the Master Index are included here so that the game won't complain at you if you haven't installed the Master Index plugin.
Feel free to use this, just make sure to credit Tealpanda, Star Boi, Dubious, and Eidolon, as appropriate.
