Too bad the palace is just a copy-paste of the Governor's Hall in Caldera, including owned and quest-related containers. The tavern's interior also doesn't match the exterior building.
I downloaded it and installed it. Looks very nice. But I can only access the Southern part. There's a long bridge and when I get over it a door says "you don't have papers." I've been wandering around but don't see anywhere to get them. Hope somebody can help.
Dont know if you are still looking or have found the answer, but you return to the ship to find all dead and a lone Dunmer standing, who becomes your new mission boss for a while.
Are you still moderating this site? I went to The Bard cellar, heard the Dunmer get killed, found a note on his body telling Rebels to leave city or Dark Elves would be killed. Is the journal supposed to update at this point? Is there a walkthru for this mod?

I just reinstalled Morrowind, so it might be good timing, gives me time to level up
But in the story, it's an island between Tamriel and Atmora(the northern continent).
