Mod requirement is not an issue,as you can use TES dependency tool to remove it.I've downloaded this mod to check location of the Island,and it's in same spot as The White wolf of Lokken mountain.It's easy to move with tesfaith,as it won't change any scripts. This mod adds extra content to Sheograth region,Azura's Coast,Grazelands,and West Gash,as well as requires cleaning.I would try it,but it adds new docks to Balmora,therefore it's not compatible with Kilcunda's Balmora.
Oh interesting error message. When I try to install this mod with Vortex it says that the archive is damaged. I never seen that before but I think there is a weird problem with this mod.
