If i try to start the steamwork run, i get a notification that tells my: index not in array area.

That user is my account. And do you have .net framework 472 (found here.) installed? My only other guess based on that error is not enough RAM in the system, as s#*! as it is to say that. Try running it in admin from inside the MHW folder or C:\Users\(Your user account\Desktop in its own folder.

How exactly do you make this work? I don't know if I downloaded the wrong version or not but it doesn't do 100% accuracy when I do this, then when I checked the logs I got this..

You downloaded the Iceborne Community Edition version, which is an optional file. Download the main file, it's made for non-Iceborne Community Edition.
My game was crashing using this too and after reading other comments Ive been lead to believe this mod in conjunction with better matchmaking + sharp plugin loader is causing the issue so I guess I will try to disable those while I use this mod ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

PS. There is no user called Maya on my System!
If I launch MHWIB from vortex, I get such an error.
On the other hand, if I launch it from Steam, no such error occurs.

Nvm I'm stupid and didn't realize the characters are assigned with specific numbersit's just that I cant figure out how to change the key config (my keyboard doesnt have HOME key)
