i'm not an expert at the game, i followed the Wiki entry(https://monsterhunterworld.wiki.fextralife.com/Tempered) for information as to what Monsters are what Threat Level. i'm assuming that Article is accurate.

i've only done English because i only speak English and to be honest i can only be bothered to do English. sorry.
however, should you want to update other Languages yourself, here is how to do it:
you will need this tool to read the Encoded files (https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/110)
and this tool to unpack game chunks (https://github.com/mhvuze/WorldChunkTool) (the Oodle Library it is looking for is by exact name, so rename a newer Oodle library to the Filename it is looking for)
the most up to date Lang Files for Monster Names (i don't know about other data, was only looking at Monster Names) is in ChunkG7 (Monster Hunter World\Chunk).
you are looking for ChunkG7\Common\Text\em_names_eng.gmd (replace 'eng' with the Langage you are looking to work on).
installation:
Copy the nativePC Folder into your MH World Folder: steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\nativePC\
