A longsword with lightning efx on helm breaker and other moves.
Replaces Zinogre's longsword Despot's Boltbreaker

Use the layered weapon augment system to get it on other Longswords
Requires straker's loader and Crimson's efx from here Long Sword Color Shift Mod (the second option)
The lightning effect on the helm breaker does not happen 100% of the time idk how to fix it.
