From the description page of this mod : "This mod replaces the Hope Helmet (F-F) / (M-F) and the Congalala Waist (F-F) - (M-F) with a wolf ears and tail." ^^'
I'm not sure if someone has compiled a list of all the armor IDs in the game.
Personally, I use the RE Asset Library in Blender. It allows you to browse all the armor pieces and see their locations within the game's files.
However, if your goal is to replace the Hope Helmet or the Conga Waist with another armor piece to have the ears and tail along with the new armor, that won't work. My mod will simply replace the existing model, regardless of which armor ID you use.
I would like to replace a more “invisible” piece of armor such as Guild Ace Earrings so as not to break the layered style that in use as others see me without the mod.
I won't tell you exactly how to do it, because then other people might start asking me for IDs to replace other armors, and I don't have time for that.
In the first 5 minutes, it explains how to install the "RE Asset Library" in Blender, which contains all the IDs and their locations in the game files. You don't need any experience with Blender, if you follow the video, you'll know exactly how to do what you asked me, but with all the armors in the game. To find where an armor is in the game files, after watching the video, you need to drag and drop the model you want into the 3D view (where you edit models), and then you can click the "Open Asset Location" button, which is just above the list of all models in the library. There, you'll see the exact path of where the model is in the game files.
Then, you just rename the .mesh .chain2 .mdf2 files of my model to match the names of the armor you want.
Sometimes, the game developers used the same physics file (.chain2) for multiple armors. It will depend for each armor, but they often did this, especially for male character armors. So, your .chain2 file might not be in the correct folder. You need to find where the .chain2 file for the armor you want to modify is located, and place my file there, making sure to use the correct name as well.
Question, does using the hope helm give you both the ears and tail, or do you have to equip both it and the congalala waist? I'd really hate it if I had to give up every single other waist in the game just to have the tail.
Normally in the mod, you can see that there are 3 versions of the Hope helmet, and 3 versions of the Congalala belt (Ears+Tail / Only Ears / Only Tail).
So you just need to choose the version "Hope Helmet - Ears + Tail" if you want both ears and tail on the Hope Helmet.
