Replaces the Artian Longsword with Genshin Impact's Arlecchino Scythe

This is my first endeavor at porting GI weapons. Obtaining working textures is really hard with the extracted assets, but I managed to make it work with this one.
It comes with color emission on the scythe's edge and a precise VFX for the longsword's Spirit Level.
Being an humongous scythe I had to make it a tad smaller than what I would've wanted to reduce clipping a bit, but I think it looks good enough.

Installation steps:
- Install REFramework
- Install FluffyModManager
- Drag and drop the archive on the manager's UI
- Alternatively, place the archive in "..\Fluffy Mod Manager\Games\MonsterHunterWilds\Mods" without extracting it
Uninstallation steps:
- Disable the mod in FluffyModManager
- Delete the archive from the manager's mod folder
