Allows you to select which effects are rerolled when rolling armor augments.

This mod allows you to 'lock' qurious augment slots.
Effectively this means that you can keep any particular set of effects you'd like on a piece of armor and reroll everything else.


Here are some more details:
- The first effect you lock in adds 20 material points to the cost of augmenting, each subsequent locked effect doubles that added cost.
- You cannot lock effects in a a way where their total cost is more than the base cost available on the armor. The `Available cost` counter will dynamically show the available budget.
- As far as I know the rolls are legal, at least in terms of cost.
- Don't lock too many affixes, especially with the special '+' qurious crafting options, if the mod can't find a possible combination, it will just give you no affixes at all.
