Can I give you a script suggestion? For my playstyle this mod is OP. But could you make a script that whenever I get my 3rd wirebug it is going to last longer (like 5 min or even better, make the duration customizable). All the rest (cooldown and stuff) unchanged. Thank you!!
I just made a mod about this, actually. It makes the third wirebug last forever because I haven't been able to find a way to make the duration customizable, but at least it's something!
Pretty sure it isn't, but people have had problems with load order before. Try renaming the mod to have a ! in front of the .lua name. Ex: !wirebug_flight.lua. That will make it be loaded before other mods.
It looks like this might've broke with title update 4. If I have "disable while in combat" enabled, it doesn't work, but if I have that disabled it does. Maybe the logic on determining "in combat" got changed with the update?
Strangely, although both the Reframework and Wirebug Flight mod have been updated to the latest version, the mod is not currently running. The problem continued to occur after multiple re-runs of the game.
Any chance an option can be added to only enable infinite bugs outside of quests/expeditions? I wanna use it in co-op without risking any potential issues during quests/expeditions.
Sorry for being unclear. I was wondering if there could be a setting to automatically disable infinite bugs entirely during quests/expeditions. I only want to use it in the village.

Wirebugs Are Forever - Third Wirebug Persists at Monster Hunter Rise - Nexus mods and community
For the future: this mod is unlikely to ever break since 1. it is reliant on REFramework and 2. the game is not getting updates anymore.

Which is great, it's such a nice QoL mod.
