Don't know if i'm doing something wrong (probably am), but can't seem to make reshade work, it doesn't pop the reshade bar at the top of the screen once i boot the game. Do you have any videos that might help?
Hey, thanks for mentioning about it not working with newer ReShade versions. I've updated the page to hopefully do a good job of expressing that now. I don't play games much these days, so I just was coming back through everything. I really appreciate the post as it made me aware and now I can make lots of others aware and save them some time. It's surprising to come back and see people still talking on here! Very cool.
Install process: Installed ReShade 4.9.1 -> dragged/dropped archive's files into the game's executable directory (like any other ReShade installation).
edit: It's because I opted to install every option when installing ReShade (checked every box in the installer). I would add in the installation guide something about how "if you install every option in the ReShade Installer you will get a green tint in your overall image." That way, if someone stupid like me decides to not follow the directions, they know why they got the result that they did haha
Thanks! Looking forward to giving this a shot :)
It looks so contrasted, dark, and has a slightly colored / greenish tint to the first area in the game, as compared to vanilla... I dunno.
Just in case anyone with HDR has the green tint issue: I also had this problem with HDR on, no matter how I installed the preset/shaders. I turned off HDR and it seems better. But I'd rather use HDR since the game is too dark without HDR (even with Brightness maxed). I might stick to no Reshade or find another preset, not sure yet.
So,I just created a detailed tutorial video on how to install a Reshade. I`ve done this, since many of my downloaders dont know how to do so. I experienced that media is easier to consume than reading an instruction,so I thought I might share this video on different Reshades. Maybe you (the Mod creator) wants to pin it or add it to video section, for easier access :) If you dont like the video, feel free to delete this post :)
Don't worry, this is normal behaviour for the mod. It won't affect the mod's visuals because I didn't bother to fix that texture path, as the mod doesn't use it. I'll update the Q&A to include it, thanks for mentioning it.

The UI can still be changed in the settings tab if you want to, but yeah I preferred to work with the 'cleaner' look.
Hope you can help me.
i would advise it's removal other than that seems pretty legit feeling of the films.
