Removes static/grafitti/noise from the game that covers up the low quality textures

Removes static/grafitti/noise from the game
This mod uses Special K's texture injection to load modded textures (files included) :
Instructions
- Extract to main metaphor folder where the Metaphor.EXE is located (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Metaphor ReFantazio)
- The DX11.ini should be optimal for performance at least for NVIDIA cards but can be deleted if you have issues - in which case the game will recreate it with default settigs on load
- Fully compatible with Reloaded II mod - just launch the game from Reloaded II and make sure you arent using the "ASI loader option". If so, delete winmm.dll
- If using standalone MetaphorFix, use the special directions at the bottom to run it via Special K
- Press Shift + Ctrl+ Backspace to bring up the options interface
**IF you have more than a 4 core CPU, enable "Fix Thread Scheudling" for better performance, if less, than uncheck this
