Just commenting to clarify: Raiden unlocker worked for me on MGS ver 1.0.15.3 and Snakebite 0.9.2.2 (The most up to date as of April 2025) Also no conflicts with Infinite Heaven.
I did not want to use the other file so I cannot verify if it works. I had also completed the story on my save, but I doubt that affects whether or not it works since I hadn't finished all the ops / subsistence / extreme ETC.
Also I know it says this in the description but I misread so if you're curious: this skips purchasing it with GMP, you don't need to save up GMP to buy the suit. It will already be unlocked next time you launch the game and you can sortie with it or get it flown in.
Long explanation on how to do it if you still don't know how to install .mgsv files first you install snakebite after that you set it up remember to put a backup that's just in case after that do in the mods section press install .mgsv files then install the folder you want after that start the game then it should be done
