Long explanation on how to do it if you still don't know how to install .mgsv files first you install snakebite after that you set it up remember to put a backup that's just in case after that do in the mods section press install .mgsv files then install the folder you want after that start the game then it should be done
Thanks, i will try this mod, hope it works. There is no point on unlocking this skin the "right" way after you finished the game, because in that point, i wont play the game anymore, (it will be completed). So i wanted the raiden skin from the begining, so i can use it while i still have something to do in the game. Thank you!.

just dont go into mgso? or literally disconect every time i play?
