Summary:
This outfit retextures and remodels the Diamond Dogs MGS3 outfit to be HVA (Hauptverwaltung Aufklärung) themed. The HVA was East Germany's security services, similar to the CIA or KGB. They employed a wide array of spies with different skills and specialties, many of whom engaged in assassinations of geopolitical enemies, former 3rd Reich members, and enemy spies. East Germany was intimately intertwined with most Warsaw pact foreign policy since they comprised about 80% of the WP's intelligentsia by the late 1980's.
This outfit modifies the MGS3 Naked Snake outfit for Diamond Dogs only - this does NOT affect Snake. This is in the interest of compatibility and because JimLaFleur already made an amazing MGS3 outfit mod for snake.
The helmet and balaclava can be selected via the sortie prep menu. The helmet is available at the highest level helmet protection.
