this replaces the fatigues with scarf to the mgs3 fatigues with the original mgs3 camouflage.

fixed a bug where the game could not find some textures on some people's computers.
All 57 mgs3 camos, all of them handpainted as vectors and applied to the textures.
every texture painted in 4k.
added fabric details to the mgs3 fatigues.
replaced the pouches and gear with new higher quality models.
redid some uv work to make the camo tile easier.
added a metallic shader to the harness buckles.
added jiggle physics to all items on the belt.
added wind physics to the fabric.
!!!! replaced the chicken hat with the mgs3 crocodile cap.
there are 2 versions, 1 with clean fatigues and the other with some subtle dirt on it.
