I absolutely love the portraits added with this! I had some I wanted to add as well with more ethnicities for the male pilots. Is there a way I could send you a link to them and you could create a pack? Or do you know where a good guide is that could teach me how to do it? That'd be really cool!
I just want to say I love the Monkey James Pack, great art style and quite a few Asian pilots which is nice for my Liao playthrough. Do you happen to know where those portraits are taken from?
Should still be working but time consuming to test without Pilot Overhaul, until it gets updated. Unless they completely changed the pilot persona system they should show up in barracks as long as you re-enable the mod after the update auto-disabled everything. If you see something that isn't working right report it as a bug and I'll look into it when I can. Edit: looks like the most recent version of Fake ID still works, so I was able to confirm that the pilot portraits are still showing up in game and are selectable.
Only noticable issue i've come across is the mission for "Adder" in the Marian Hegemony isnt progressing correctly. After doing the mission and getting his message about attacking civilians he tells us to go to a location to fight pirates but the actual mission does not appear which prevents quest completions. May just be a conflict but figured i'd mention it just in case.
If you're talking about the GTE mission, that's part of Pilot's Overhaul. My mod doesn't add any missions/jobs to gather pilots. It just adds them into the base games "pool" of pilots so they have a chance to show up in hiring halls. Which also allows them to show up in PO's portrait selector menu
Why don't I need "Expanded Pilots - BattleTech" if I'm using Pilot Overhaul - does it incorporate all of these? Does this, too, supplement Pilot Overhaul with further portraits?
Yeah all my mod does is add a bunch of new pilots/portraits into the "Pool" of pilots, so they'll all show up in Pilot Overhaul as well. And yes the last I checked Pilot Overhaul already adds in all the BT 2018 pilot portraits, which means you'll get duplicates in the menu if you use both, shouldn't have any errors though
Hi, I just tried out your mod and it looks awesome. But for some reason, I am unable to hire or fire pilots. On the "Hire" section, the only option is to 'Dismiss Pilot' and on the "Roster" tab, the only option is to 'Hire Pilot' (pressing either of these buttons does nothing other than a little pop up saying that you did the thing). I'm not sure if it's a mod conflict or what, but any advice would be appreciated! Edit: NVM, I fixed it. I had issues in my load order (this mod didn't have anything to do with it). I really enjoy it so far! :)

i was wondering if you could upload the framework source file for this game (without the actual assets you used) just so i can make some custom portraits for me and friends when we play together.
if not all good, was just wondering how i could make custom portraits for the game like this mod, but with different pictures
