SWITCHED MOD MANAGER TO MW5 LOTS. Way superior.

If you use "Mech Variety" load it before my mod.
and use a Mod Manager to sort your load order.
If you use "Double Heat Sink baseCoolingRate Fix", load it before my mod. I've already applied the necessary heatsink fixes to the Mechs.

"Mech Fixes"

Added Engine double heatsinks fix;
All Mechs that come with double engine heatsinks have their engine cooling rate doubled. I did this, because most heatsink fixes are completly outdated.
If you use mods that overwrite vanilla Mechs let them overwrite "MechFixes" at worst you lose the heatsink fix for that Mech(s). 

All Jenners:
Fixed maximum armor allocation and moves the srm4 hardpoint from the top to the lower center torso.

All Cicadas:
Fixed maximum armor allocation.

All Stalkers:
Fixed maximum armor allocation.

Atlas:
AS7-D & AS7-RS: Exchanged srm4/srm6 and lrm20 hardpoints.

Archer:
ARC-2S&ARC-2RB: Moved arm medium lasers from inner to outer arm.
ARC-2K: Moved arm large lasers from inner to outer arm.
ARC-2W: Fixed Weapon loadout and Armor allocation. Moved arm medium lasers from inner to outer arm.

Thunderbolt:
TDR-5Sd: Moved SRM2 from right shoulder to right torso. Made new UAC5 right torso hardpoint. Moved a medium laser to the left arm.

Hatamoto:
HTM-27W: Added missing blanks to fix chest holes.

Fixed Jenner JR7-D you get as a reward for the mission. (Note: If you use something like "Max Tonnage" load "mechfixes" AFTER the mod that increases the allowed drop tonnage. I have already increased the allowed tonnage for this mission to 400 tons. In case you don't use it this shouldn't be a balance issue since you don't have the Mechs or Pilots during that stage of the game to exploit it.)
