Adds weapons and equipment from the story "Manufacturing a Blueprint for a More Stable Federated Suns" by PsylentFox.

Permission by author has been given.
That said, this mod currently adds most of the weapons and armor for Mechs PsylentFox made for his story. Though i had to adapt quite a few things to make it work.
It requires YAML.

It conflicts with YARW since i added an ammo indicator for the VIPR launchers. It works with YAW since i added to that UI change.
This mod contains non-canon items and weapons (non-canon to BT at least - they're canon to the story as far as i could make them).
The power level of the items is somewhere from StarLeague tech equivalent up to and sometimes even slightly past the power level of clan tech.
Changes to items:
- generally i simplified items so as not to have a dozen items with the same name but differing sizes and weight for different mechs
- Andosteel and ESA Composite were upweighted because there is no way to increase just max armor for the whole mech so i increased their weight by approximately as much as if the granted max armor was fully armored out.
- ICASE II is just per location
- Corean Advanced Cockpit disappears when installed - it works as it should, just is invisible in the mech lab
- Improved Full Head Ejection disappears when installed - it works as it should, just is invisible in the mech lab
- Corean Command Cockpit has no drones (yet - probably)
- Corean Watchdog AP/ECM had to be split as there is no blueprint to have both functions in one item - you need to install the AP part first and then add on the ECM part, it will function as advertised though with workaround
- C2-XL Fusion Engine has one slot in each side torso as i can't tell it to use slots in center torso if available and only otherwise use the side torso slots; it will not explode if the side torsos are shot off though
- Gyros are all one slot smaller to conform to YAML gyro sizes (standard gyro is 3 slots there as well)
- Heatsinkkits got normalized so there's only one per heatsink version
- Autocannons can only use standard ammo for now (writing an emitter to account for all the ammo types is difficult)
- VIPR Missile Launchers only use VIPR missile ammo (same as Autocannons, would be a huge amount of work)
- Machine Guns are only single for now and not arrays - currently i'd have to add different items for each array configuration
