Be sure that you have finished your current game. With the new resources it may be impossible to load the old saved games.
Backup (not necessary) and delete the file: \Master of Magic\ExternalAssets\powerTrainingData.bin
Copy the whole mod folder to \Users\YourUserName\AppData\LocalLow\MuHa Games\MoM\Mods\
Launch the game. Enable the mod. Quit the game.
Start the new game. First time it may take a veeery looong time to load. (Or may not).
