I assume you want this to slow the AI down? If so, it won't help much. The AI gets free settlers every 25 turns per level of difficulty above beginner (up to a 3rd unit at turn 75 on master).
I recommend another mod that helps make city spam less possible by increasing distance between towns: More Town Distance Options

I just wonder with the roaster of races now growth to 20+ (huge vs AOW3 9 example) - many of them going to be a bit "same", will you consider make the new races a bit more "' extreme "' to make it unique such as the further double kobold growth rate or 2x decrese on current mystic growth and find a way to balance it by nerfing / buffing in something else? That way it will be more unique and fun to play
I was thinking of maybe doing that with some of the lesser played races like Klackons and Gnolls. I probably won't add anything new any time soon though as development has stopped on the game so I am just maintaining the mod for now.
For some reason, I am a bit excited since development stopped and rely on mods. Klackon got quite a bit of love in this game.probably gnoll as you said as well as one opposite extreme of it. By the way can you add a portrait to the xeth wizards it feels weird compare to others just a storm background, if you want something cool maybe a faceless one with just eyes etc

Then they will start picking up you as cool favorite wizard, follow what you said faithfully - pinpoint them as you like ...
I wanna try to see how silly could Dark Elves spearman could get with the new Crysx crystals buff, but map generator absolutely refuses to cooperate and actually provide a map with any in the vicinity of my starter town. Is there a way I could tweak the resource spawns parameters?
EDITED - the game finally cooperated and gave me... the Quork Crystals. Not quite there, but whatever. Yeah, things get a little halfling-slinger-like for DE spearman, and would get even stronger with the actual Crysx. Upper limit is lower, though...
Still would be interested in learning how to tweak things, btw.
is there a way to select some specific feature to install? More specifically I'd like to get life stealing to act before melee damage, like in original, but I don't necessary want to mod everything else.

I just downloaded the file Mythical Realms-21-1-0-9b-1699185602 Extracted the files and copy them on C:\Users\Xavi\AppData\LocalLow\MuHa Games\MoM\Mods (Xavi is my username) I went to "mods" into the game and i can see there the mod, i enabled it, create a new game and i can see the new races there to choose.. and here comes the trouble Everything new from this mod seems to be without description, everything has a name of DES_xxxxx as name, and DES_xxxxxxx_DES as description. My game is version 1.08.27.375329.14133 My language's game is spanish. Am i doing something wrong? Thx in advancement.
The black channels spell works for gaining xp, but when cast on heroes, they no longer contribute their own casting skill to your wizards casting skill when at the capitol.
I tested this and it happens in the base game as well. You should probably test things in the base game first instead of assuming the mod is at fault. :)
well, in the base game it blocks xp gain IIRC, so that's why I thought it might be related. first time I have played a death oriented character in over 20 years so...
anywho, question remains: do you think it's intended or an oversight, since either way your undead hero is still a hero, and it doesn't really make sense that they would suddenly stop providing casting skill.
suggestion: Add the "Ship" type tag to your Storm Jammer. Makes it work with the Wind Mastery spell. Just tested it.

...LOL He just bound a great drake AND created an undead great drake in the same combat. Went in alone, came out with 1 live great drake, 1 undead great drake, and 3 undead hellhounds. What a chad! Instant army. Seems stacking his natural lifesteal WITH that from a vampiric sword makes for a very high chance he will raise whatever he hits with it. Very rare circumstance though.
Ogres need a "flavour" text. There is no descriptive text for the little question mark icon (and no icon) that appears on other units when you rt-click on them.
I'm not sure where you are seeing this, can you describe where? I only see the description when looking at the units in the city building choices and it's working there for me.
