   Any idea why I still can't unlock the achievement? I've made sure I got all the entries in 4 new different playthroughs and even tried this save and talked to Avina about the Keepers, and it's still not unlocking. I play with Steam and EA turned to offline mode, and I'm earning other achievements like Damping Specialist just a few minutes prior so for some reason it's just this one achievement that's bugged to hell for me.

      Hello I had this same problem. I was able to even upload a different save for paragon 2 achievement which worked but when I uploaded this save it unfortunately never gives me the achievement.

   I was only missing the Prothean entry. I was afraid i need to replay the whole ME1 Legendary again, thanks to you there is no need for that.
   
   The votesystem hold me back from voting since they dont believe i can download/install/play it within 15 minutes. For god sake...
   
   If i dont forget this, i will vote you up. Thanks in advance for this savegame.
