In case you are one of the many people who missed out on the Prothean codex entry at the start, here is a save file, where all you have to do is talk to Avina about the keeper, to unlock the achievement.
How to use:
Put the folder "Jane00" into your C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save\ME1 - Or wherever your savegames are stored.
Open game, and load Jane Shepard career.
Talk to Avina, and ask her about the keeper.
Achievement should be unlocked.
- Note this save also has all sidequests completed and only need to finish Virmire.
