I don't believe you need these if you're just gonna use the morph anyway.
She's supposed to be asian-ish. White-asian mix, maybe? The Shepard surname makes more sense that way.

These are all great and I'd recommend them for any FemShep.
The screenshots are all taken with my ReShade preset.
Her eye color changes from red > purple > blue over time because she started as Renegade and slowly pivoted toward Paragon across the games. I was kinda going for the inverse of what already happens if you start going Renegade in 2 or 3. Only, there aren't any glowing scars this time.
How to Install:
0. Download the Trilogy Save Editor by Karlitos and boot it up.
1. Load up your save file.
2. Go to Head Morph.
3. Import the headmorph for the corresponding game. Know that ME1 and ME2 headmorphs can be used interchangeably, but ME3 headmorphs only work in ME3. ME1 and 2 headmorphs also don't seem to work in ME3. Could be wrong on that, though.
4. Save your new modified save file.
5. Play.
