EDIT 4 December 2021 - I have added a tutorial in the description under the spoiler tab to show how to change the complexions using the Trilogy Save Editor and a downloadable version under optional files :)
I think I messed up somewhere when installing complexions. My Shepard now has very noticeable age marks on both sides of her mouth in various lighting conditions. It wasn't really there when I first installed the Joan Shepard headmorph. But after installing the complexion, those age marks are still present no matter which complexion I use. Any idea where I could have messed up?
That looks like a mesh issue, not a texture issue. The mouth looks very wide and it doesn't really look like the headmorph mod - I think something may have gone wrong there.
In case anybody else runs into this issue, here's what fixed it for me:
I spent a frustrating hour reinstalling various headmorphs and complexions and poking through my install list, but the issue was still there. Finally I reinstalled the Primitives textures, and then femshepping's complexions, and that fixed it. Not sure how a texture mod would have messed up the mesh, but the problem was gone after that.
Sorry to take up your time, I'm in the tutorial now (which is excellent btw) But I only see the one spoiler table to open the tutorial, nothing for the actual complexion codes.
What do you mean by complexion codes? There are 3 - named ProBase, Military, and Frek. I've listed the codes that you copy and paste into the trilogy save editor in the tutorial :) I'm sorry, I don't know how else to explain it.
Is this able to be used with the mod "Appearance Modification Menu"? I don't have the TSE installed (for some reason it is too complex for me to manage), and in ME3 the AMM reaaaaaallllllyyyy helps with some of the weird concave cheek features in my character. I don't know why, but being able to actually see the character change is easier tha reading things like codes! I think it may be dyslexia :| The only thing I have been dying for is better makeup looks and your mod looks like it'd do the trick! But IDK if I can use it mid-game without the TSE by using the AMM and I am scared to possibly break my game
This just replaces the default custom Femshep face textures so depending on which one you install you’ll see it in the appearance menu I’m assuming - sorry, I’m not super familiar with the mod and it’s functionality.
I love these complexions! I currently have the Ombre Lips complexion. I love it! I love the really natural look. I will use these for all 3 games going forward.

and change the colour to black.
The closer to black it is, the more matte your face will look. I know it fixed a lot of seam issues for me across all games.
