You need to use the Trilogy Save Editor, especially if you plan to change your Shepard mid-playthrough. If you start a new game, during the character creation, copy paste the ID Code I have provided in the "Description", and the moment your game is loaded, save and exit. Then load the save with TSE, and in the "Head Morph" section, click on "Import" and choose the .ron inside the file you downloaded. Then click "save", chose "yes" to overwrite, and when you open the game it is done. For me, in ME1 I save after the intro and the conversation with Kaidan and Joker, before going to Anderson. You don't need the ME3Tweaks for my headmorphs, only TSE and the optional mods for hair, except if you plan on adding you own from another hair mod.
INSTALLATION- Install using TSE by directly importing the morph. Download the Trilogy Save Editor and install on your PC 1. Download and unzip the Head Morph to your PC. 2. Open up the Trilogy Save Editor, Click Open button and then open the Save File you want to edit 3. Choose the Head Morph tab 4. Click Import and select the extracted head morph. 5. Click Save and save it over your original Save of the same name. 6. you should always backup your own original save first in case you dont like it and want to change your shepard back to your OG face.
